Shivin Narang Opens Up On Beyhadh 2 Going Off-air Amid Lockdown, Says ‘It’s Disappointing’


Apular daily soap Behad 2 was withdrawn in April in the wake of the corona virus epidemic. Shivin Narang, who played the lead role in the show, says that although he was disappointed, the decision was made from a business point of view.

In an interview, he said, “It’s disappointing. All the actors, writers and staff worked hard on this show, so we feel bad. But, we also have to understand the current situation. Everyone is affected by epidemics.” Happens, whether in India or globally.

The show also starred Jennifer Wenjit and Ashish Chaudhary, and was well received by viewers. Talking about the response he received, Chevin said, “It’s been great. Behad 2 fans weren’t happy with Sony Entertainment Network’s decision to pull the plug on the show, and even trending # DontAxeBeyhadh2 on social media, asking the channel to reconsider the move.

However, Behad 2 producer Pratik Sharma told the Bombay Times, “We are all in an extraordinary situation here and I fully agree with the channel’s decision in this matter and will move forward as whatever they decide. It will be in the interest of all parties involved, including producers, actors, writers and the rest of the staff. ”
